The 403 Hualien earthquake brought the strongest tremors felt in Yilan in recent years. During and after the earthquake, we received numerous feedback from residents of Qingtian, prompting us to invite several of them to share their experiences living in seismic-isolated homes during the earthquake.
"Building is truly a conscientious endeavor." This statement from Professor Cai and his wife left a strong impression on us and affirmed our commitment. Beyond the first resident interview, we will continue to release interviews with other residents.
Before the interviews, we only provided the questions, with no script or expected answers. However, feedback from several residents has been overwhelmingly positive, including praise for the timely and proactive handling of issues by the property management team and the affirmation of the building safety philosophy of Lee Shinn.
In terms of building construction, while internal steel reinforcement and piping configurations may not be visible once sealed with concrete, Lee Shinn’s team treats every detail with care to ensure high construction quality. This dedication to building safety and sustainable after-sales service is the core belief of the Lee Shinn team.
In the videos, you may hear background noise from construction equipment. This is because, even on the day of the interview, the property management and maintenance team was diligently inspecting the seismic isolation equipment after the earthquake. No detail concerning residents' safety and rights was overlooked.
#我們用心去做 We put our heart into it, and both residents and clients can feel it.
#大家對力信這個品牌的信任 The trust in the Lee Shinn brand is our most valuable asset.
We sincerely thank all the residents for their affirmation and will continue to work hard
