As the reconstruction of old buildings across Taiwan intensifies, there are currently around 133 old buildings in the Taipei and New Taipei City areas as of September this year. With seismic activity continuing, including 8 earthquakes of magnitude 6 or greater by October, the push for rebuilding old structures is crucial.

Taiwan Matsuzawa, invited by Kuo-Chien Engineering, participated in the urban renewal briefing for the Shin-Dian Ande District University Town Community. All members of Taiwan Matsuzawa were present to vigorously promote seismic isolation solutions, striving to provide residents with safer and better homes.
