The new headquarters boasts excellent seismic resistance. For the first time in Japan, a high-rise office building exceeding 100 meters in height employs RC seismic isolation structures. This design aims to make the building a regional disaster prevention hub with superior seismic performance and a column-free large space "column-free office" to achieve flexible office space. By connecting a mixed exterior frame with RC core walls around the elevator core, a rigid framework is created, providing outstanding seismic isolation performance. Additionally, this exterior frame and RC isolation structure eliminate the need for interior columns, increasing usable floor space by 12% per floor.
